Job Description

We are seeking a visionary Regional Financial Controller to lead our finance function into the future. As a key member of our team, you will craft an AI-driven financial system that operates with precision and scale beyond compare.

You will design financial processes driven by AI to remove manual steps in billing, reporting, compliance, and controls. Implementing automations and utilizing LLM tools to replace human errors in systems like NetSuite and Ramp is also a key responsibility.

Your role requires ensuring seamless execution of crucial processes such as tuition payments, ESA reimbursements, and audits at scale. You will develop scalable, audit-ready financials and reporting frameworks for diverse educational business units.

Continuously evolving and optimizing finance infrastructure to support billion-dollar operations without increasing headcount is essential for this position.

This is not a traditional finance role. We are looking for someone who can think outside the box and leverage their expertise to create innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA qualification
  • Finance or accounting experience at a company with $100M+ in revenue
  • 5+ years as an auditor at a top 10 global firm, or equivalent auditing experience
  • Proficiency with enterprise ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP)
  • Professional experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
  • Reside within UTC-8 to UTC+3 time zones
Benefits

This is a full-time, long-term position with a compensation level of $200 USD/hour. The payment period is weekly.
