ICT Program Director Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Information and Communication Technology (ICT) program director to lead multiple projects within the Cloud Software Services domain. The successful candidate will oversee project scope, schedule, costs, and quality to meet contractual commitments with the project sponsor, ensuring delivery satisfaction for all stakeholders.

The ICT program director will define project scope, secure resources, plan, monitor activities, and engage stakeholders, with active participation in project governance based on project complexity.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships across IT, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Manage operational relationships with customers, including meetings and events to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Ensure contract fulfillment, establish program organization, clarify scope, and secure necessary resources within budget.
  • Ensure delivery compliance with contractual and business requirements.
  • Manage scope and change requests meticulously, assessing impacts, securing approvals, and documenting changes for transparency.
Key Qualifications
  • Proven leadership of large-scale Systems Integration programs under tight deadlines, coordinating multiple vendors and subcontractors.
  • Proficiency in ICT, with a successful track record in Operator Transformation Programs and Projects.
  • Over 10 years of experience in the ICT sector.
  • Domain expertise in BSS and OSS, including Ericsson Charging, Billing, Mediation, vNF, cNF implementations.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-focused skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and deliver results.
  • High interpersonal skills and team-oriented attitude.
Additional Requirements
  • Experience with project management methodologies, techniques, and tools.
  • Experience in the Telecom/IS/IT industry, especially within multi-national, decentralized organizations.
  • Knowledge of Ericsson Business Process (EBP), ITIL, eTOM.
