Role Overview:
This HR Business Partner role is critical to driving the company's people strategy and ensuring its successful execution. You will work closely with assigned divisions to provide expert advice, drive talent mobility, and ensure the timely execution of performance management systems.
Main Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute the company's people strategy to achieve business goals
- Provide HR advisory services to assigned divisions
- Drive talent mobility initiatives to optimize employee utilization
- Oversee the execution of Performance Management Systems
- Lead potential assessments, training, and calibration exercises
- Develop succession plans in collaboration with line managers
- Facilitate divisional town halls for HR agenda discussions
- Conduct competency assessments and skill gap analysis
- Implement employee engagement and pulse checks
Operational Efficiency:
- Streamline recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees
- Participate in campus drives to attract top talent
- Support stakeholders in managing internal communications
- Develop action plans for OHS survey results
- Facilitate performance reviews and provide feedback
Employee Engagement Strategy:
- Cultivate a positive work environment through effective engagement drives
- Plan and execute team-building activities to foster collaboration
- Ensure regular visits and engagement activities at plant/region levels
- Effectively execute Talent Recognition programs to recognize employee achievements
