Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and cultivate leads through effective LinkedIn networking strategies
  • Create and manage winning proposals on the Upwork platform
  • BUILD and maintain relationships with prospective clients, fostering trust and understanding
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
  • Develop tailored presentations and proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition
  • Track and report on lead generation activities to inform data-driven decisions
  • Stay current with industry trends and developments to remain competitive
  • Collaborate with technical teams to present solutions and address client needs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT industry
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and tactics
  • Experience working with LinkedIn and Upwork platforms is essential
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with clients
  • Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools to streamline processes
  • Understanding of the IT industry and technical solutions to effectively communicate value
  • Familiarity with ODOO is a plus but not required
