We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Strategist to drive our growth and expansion.

This role is crucial in establishing strong client relationships and developing an effective sales strategy to fuel sustainable financial growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify New Market Opportunities: Conduct thorough research to identify new market opportunities and customer needs.
  2. Client Relationship Building: Arrange meetings with prospective clients to promote our services and build long-term relationships.
  3. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement an overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, including sales processes, structure, and best practices.
  4. Sales Contract Management: Draft sales contracts, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  5. Sales Data Management: Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other relevant data.
  6. Customer Support: Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Long-Term Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
  8. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage our sales pipeline, identifying trends and customer needs to inform business development strategies.
  9. Lead Generation: Generate new leads, identify decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, and facilitate pitch logistics.
  10. Deal Structuring and Pricing: Support deal structuring and pricing with business-value analysis and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.
  11. Relationship Nurturing: Foster follow-up interactions to increase sales and nurture relationships with clients to generate more business.
  12. Buyer and Seller Consultations: Conduct buyer and seller consultations to understand their needs and preferences, then showcase properties that meet those requirements.
  13. Property Promotion: Host open houses to promote agency listings and attract prospective clients.
  14. Transaction Management: Oversee the entire property transaction process from listing to closing to ensure a seamless experience.
  15. Market Expertise: Attract new business by leveraging local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer questions about potential homes, similar properties, and the surrounding neighborhood.
Requirements
  1. Certifications: Minimum O'Level or A'Level certification or a degree from an accredited institution.
  2. Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Growth Strategist, sales executive, or a relevant role in Real Estate or Corporate Industry.
  3. Customer Support Experience: Experience in customer support is highly valued.
  4. Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
  6. Market Knowledge: Strong market knowledge and ability to build rapport with clients.
  7. Time Management: Effective time management and planning skills to prioritize tasks and meet targets.
Job Specification

A minimum of 7-8 years of sales experience in Real Estate, preferably at a C-Level position, Banking Industry, or any related industry.
