The Sales Growth Strategist plays a pivotal role in driving revenue expansion, nurturing key client relationships, and increasing our presence within the diaper industry. This position is accountable for achieving sales targets and market penetration within a defined geographic area.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance:
    • Develop and implement annual sales plans to achieve profit and market share goals.
    • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective sales strategies.
    • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and track performance against targets.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction and retention through excellent service and communication.
    • Address client issues promptly and effectively, conducting regular visits and meetings to gather market intelligence.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.
    • Manage and track sales expenses.
    • Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the consumer goods or diaper industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
