Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for maintaining examination-related files and registers, preparing correspondence/documents, and ensuring the security and secrecy of question papers and answer scripts.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in data entry, documentation, coordination, and communication. You will also have the chance to work on procurement tasks, including creating documents and agreements between vendors and our organization.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent typing skills, basic computer literacy, and knowledge of office filing systems and record management. You should also be punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all examination-related files and registers in proper order.
  • Prepare, receive, sort, and file correspondence/documents.
  • Keep records updated, safe, and easily retrievable.

  • Support During Examinations
  • Handle confidential papers, records, and data responsibly.
  • Ensure security and secrecy of question papers and answer scripts.
  • Maintain integrity in all examination-related tasks.
