Job Title

A Business Development and Telesales Representative is needed to establish strong relationships with customers via telephone and email, effectively describing products and services, driving leads and potential sales.

  • This individual will be responsible for placing outbound calls to potential customers seeking to purchase software development services, as well as conducting online research on IT companies and competitors.
  • The successful candidate will establish strong relationships with customers, provide education on product offerings and services, explain pricing, and address customer questions to build value in the relationship.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive revenue growth through consistent performance by establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  2. Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  4. Maintain ongoing product knowledge to better serve customer inquiries and improve call handling efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in Telesales within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service and telesales skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in web-based applications, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office suite, and popular CRM tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage sensitive client information.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fluency in English (North American accent preferred), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude, excellent temperament, and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
