Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our sales team. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting products or services, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using scripts.
  • Answer questions about products, pricing, and the company.
  • Ask questions to understand customer needs and close sales.
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
  • Enter and update customer information in the CRM/database.
  • Take and process orders accurately.
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
  • Meet daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Graduate degree is mandatory (Bachelor's degree in any field).
  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed targets.
