Seeking a highly skilled Functional Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation and support of Dynamics 365 applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand processes, needs, and objectives.
  • Analyze and document functional requirements for CRM and ERP modules.
  • Design and configure Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions with users and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
  • Support testing phases by creating test cases and assisting users.
  • Participate in go-live planning, cutover, and post-implementation support.
  • Create and maintain documentation (functional specs, user guides, training material).
  • Ensure system compliance with organizational and regulatory policies.
  • Provide continuous improvement recommendations based on user feedback and business changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or ERP.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, or Field Service.
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, solution design, testing, and user training.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data migration, integration techniques, and Azure services is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Microsoft Certifications are preferred.
