Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and analytical professional to join our team as a Performance and Strategy Lead. This role plays a critical part in enabling business units to enhance decision-making, financial planning, and performance management across markets.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop business/financial models on ad-hoc requests from cross-functional stakeholders
  • Lead quarterly & monthly budgets (topline & bottom-line)
  • Create quarterly & monthly KPI targets
  • Outline gaps vs. targets and work with Business teams to create initiatives to bridge gaps
  • Create cadence between Business teams & leadership to improve progress (weekly performance call, month-end retro call etc.)
  • Partner with Business teams to make key decisions
  • Create visibility of L0, L1 & L2 KPIs at the right frequency for Business teams
  • Identify opportunities for improving L0 KPIs by tracking L1 & L2 KPIs proactively
  • Lead and develop a team of strategy/planning & performance analysts, setting objectives, managing performance, and fostering a strong team culture
  • Work cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • 3+ years experience in Business Finance/Strategy/Planning roles (compulsory)
  • Team Management experience is a must
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Expert in Excel, PowerPoint & Data visualization software
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
  • Fluent in written & spoken English
