We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Connection Specialist to join our team in APAC. As a key member of our Tier 1 P&C Services' Employee Connection team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to employees across APAC.

You will work closely with employees to resolve their HR-related queries and ensure that they receive the support they need to succeed in their roles. This will involve communicating effectively with employees, responding to their inquiries, and providing guidance on HR-related matters.

In addition to providing exceptional customer service, you will also be responsible for performing various HR tasks, including processing employee data, managing benefits, and overseeing payroll.

  • Respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process employee data, including personal details and benefit enrollments.
  • Manage benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Oversee payroll, including tax withholdings and deductions.
  • Communicate with employees to resolve HR-related queries.
  • Provide guidance on HR-related matters, including company policies and procedures.
  • Work effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance the employee experience.
