Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled Call Center Representative with exceptional communication skills to join our Truck Dispatching team. The ideal candidate will handle incoming and outgoing calls, assist with customer inquiries, coordinate dispatch services, and convert leads into sales.

This role involves providing top-notch customer support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner. The successful candidate will also work closely with the dispatching team to ensure smooth operations and communicate effectively with team members and management.

  1. Main Responsibilities:
  2. Handle inbound and outbound calls related to truck dispatching services
  3. Provide excellent customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  4. Coordinate with truck drivers and ensure efficient dispatching services
  5. Follow up with potential leads and convert them into sales
  6. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and dispatch efficiency metrics
  7. Work closely with the dispatching team to ensure smooth operations
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide real-time updates on customer and dispatch situations
