Financial Analysis and Reporting Role

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Analyst to join our team.

This is a high-level financial analysis and reporting role that involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support forecasting and reporting.
  • Prepare routine and ad-hoc reports on financial performance, including budgeting and variance analysis.
  • Evaluate historical and current financial data to identify areas of opportunity and risk.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans and initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice on financial matters to senior management and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), business analysis, or financial reporting roles.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas.
  • Familiarity with financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost variance analysis.
  • Experience with ERP and reporting tools such as Intacct and Power BI is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for data accuracy, trends, and anomalies.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide value through data-driven decision-making.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is required.
  • ACCA, CMA, or other financial certifications (part-qualified candidates are also encouraged to apply).
