Brand and Communication Lead

This role requires an individual who can oversee the execution of new schools' branding, communication systems, and marketing activations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive branding, communication, and marketing strategies.
  2. Craft and implement creative marketing plans to boost admissions across India's educational institutions.
  3. Create Go-To-Market campaigns involving brainstorming, content creation, channel planning, and implementation to meet regular monthly lead targets.
  4. Design and manage engaging marketing content for lead nurturing purposes.
  5. Collaborate with school marketing teams to enhance their ATL and BTL market activation efforts.
  6. Design compelling marketing materials for educational institutions (Emailers, Brochures, Infographics, Video assets) tailored to various customer segments.
  7. Maintain consistency in visual identity and representation across all customer touchpoints, conducting regular audits.
  8. Partner with school communication managers to optimize their communication channels (social media, newsletters, websites).
  9. Leverage PR and media outreach efforts at the school level in conjunction with school communication managers.
  10. Ensure adherence to global best practices across customer touchpoints in all Indian Region schools.
  11. Establish and govern central India's social media presence, newsletters, and other brand-building initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Desirable: MBA with a focus on Marketing.
  2. Required: 8-10 years of experience in Marketing, Branding, and Communications.
  3. Familiarity with digital marketing and analytical tools.
  4. Prowess in content creation and public relations.
  5. Graphic design knowledge and marketing collateral development experience.
