Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Merchant & Customer Application Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing L2 support for finance plus services, including dealer management, merchant application, and customer application.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for platform-related customer and dealer issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. Additionally, you will analyze technical defects using detailed analysis, AWS cloud watch, and configuration review to identify and address root causes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your expertise to operate and reconfigure customer/dealer/dashboard environments to reproduce technical issues, providing critical insights into system performance.
  • Document best practices and update knowledge base for customers, facilitating seamless knowledge transfer and process improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in L2 support for finance plus services, with a strong understanding of dealer management, merchant application, and customer application.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues using detailed analysis, AWS cloud watch, and configuration review.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, dealers, and cross-functional teams.
