Job Title: Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts receivable and payable accurately.
  • Manage debtor balances and customer accounts, ensuring timely reconciliation.
  • Resolve customer and supplier queries efficiently.
  • Oversee staff expenses in line with company policy.
  • Reconcile suppliers' statements and process payments.
  • Produce reports and lead balance sheet reviews regularly.
  • Implement accounting systems and provide training to colleagues.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification with 2+ years of experience.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrable experience in implementing accounting systems and financial management.
  • Excellent IT skills, including advanced Excel abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and self-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Details: Monday-Friday, 1 pm-9 pm (UK 9 am-5 pm), onsite.
