Job Description

The primary role of this position is to provide financial support by performing various tasks associated with monthly financial closing activities. This includes preparing financial statements, coordinating with departments to ensure timely completion of all closing tasks, and resolving issues that may arise during the process.

Some of the key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Circulating a monthly closing checklist and ensuring that all closing tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating with departments to resolve any issues that may arise during the closing process.
  • Assisting in preparing audit schedules and coordinating with external auditors for timely completion of audit work.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders on financial and compliance-related matters.
  • Monitoring budget utilization and sharing monthly reports at the GL and Cost Center level with departments.
  • Performing additional tasks assigned by the line manager.
