We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our projects in compliance testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
  • Identify, assess and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and implementing corrective actions.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, delegating tasks and responsibilities while providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Evaluate and ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulations, standards and testing methodologies in collaboration with compliance experts.
  • Monitor project progress using project management tools, preparing detailed status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, managing expectations and addressing concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on compliance testing or regulatory projects.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with experience in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while driving projects to completion independently.
