Technical Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Lead to oversee energy audits from design to implementation.

  • Design and develop comprehensive project summaries, including Gantt charts for Energy Audits, which will be submitted to the Director.
  • Maintain strong client interactions throughout the Audit process, providing daily completion reports to the Director based on approved Gantt Charts.
  • Coordinate regular audit visits (one per week) to the Audit site, submitting detailed Visit reports to the Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presents proposals to clients, detailing potential savings options, including IRR, ROI, Turnover Ratio, and TCO ratios as a financial analysis of the project.
  • Collaborate with the procurement department to verify CAPEX requirements and ensure timely availability.
  • Demonstrate and discuss projects with clients, followed by implementation post negotiation and receiving remaining consultancy fees.
