Loan Officer MSME Position

We are seeking qualified professionals to play a key role in promoting our credit products and services to Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) in Karachi Division.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create awareness of credit products through effective marketing strategies, including door-to-door visits, group meetings, brochures, and other materials provided by the bank.
  2. Determine the repayment capacity of borrowers through comprehensive financial appraisals, including cash flow analysis and income statements.
  3. E nsure accurate and timely completion of loan documents, including loan applications, post-dated cheques, guarantor forms, demand promissory notes, and other related documents.
  4. Achieve sales targets as set by management while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  5. Monitor proper loan utilization after disbursement and promptly report any misutilization to supervisors.
  6. Implement efficient loan recovery strategies to ensure timely payments from borrowers.
  7. Perform other tasks assigned by Management to support business objectives.
