We are seeking a skilled Associate Business Development Executive to join our team.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be a creative, innovative and self-initiative professional with 1–2 years of experience in business development, lead generation or client relationship management.
The role requires a critical thinker who takes ownership, communicates effectively with clients and has the willingness to work independently while driving business growth.
You will play a key role in identifying prospects, nurturing leads and managing client communications through various professional platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, research and connect with potential clients via LinkedIn, Upwork and other relevant lead generation platforms
- Develop and execute outreach campaigns with creativity and precision
- Write clear, persuasive and professional outreach messages/proposals
- Build and maintain a database of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups
- Collaborate with the team to convert leads into qualified opportunities
- Engage in direct client communication (emails, LinkedIn messages, calls) with confidence and professionalism
- Assist in developing strategies to strengthen client relationships and market presence
- Take ownership of tasks and show willingness to work independently when needed
- 1–2 years of proven experience in Business Development, Lead Generation or Sales
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong client communication & relationship-building skills
- Ability to explain business value clearly to prospects
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Upwork or other lead generation platforms
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to take initiative, think critically and work on own with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace
