We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. This role will assist in the management of expense data, non-compensation expenses reporting, forecasting, and providing key insights to improve financial performance across the organization.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with large data sets, have strong analytical skills, and be eager to learn and grow in the FP&A field.

  1. Assist in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on departmental expenses to ensure they align with forecasts.
  2. Help identify areas of over-expenditure and provide solutions for cost control.
  3. Extraction of Expense reports from ERP system.
  4. Cleanse and arrange the data to provide department-wise expenses.
  5. Tagging of expenses as per budget line items to perform Budget Variance Analysis (BVA).
  6. Prepare team-wise budget variance analysis.
  7. Prepare non-compensation expenses reports on a bi-monthly basis.
  8. Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by the FP&A team or senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or a related field, or ACCA (Part qualified).

1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or accounting (internships or entry-level experience will also be considered).

Exposure to FP&A functions or experience in expense management is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, advanced formulas).

Familiarity with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems).

Knowledge of accounting principles and expense management practices.
