Job Title: Human Resources Assistant Manager

This is a highly experienced professional role with a minimum of 8 years of experience in human resource management, seeking to utilize their skills and expertise in a dynamic organization.

• The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting audits to ensure compliance with ethical standards, CTPAT, ISO, WRAP & FLA. They will also administer and score tests to substantiate applicants' skills, schedule examinations, welcome new employees, provide payroll information, and maintain employee records.

Problem Solving: The ideal candidate will identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gather and analyze information skillfully.

Interpersonal Skills: We are looking for someone who maintains confidentiality, remains open to others' ideas, and exhibits willingness to try new things.
