Chief Sustainability Officer

This role is responsible for leading the company's Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, fostering a positive impact on the environment and society.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Political Sciences, MBA HR, Economics, Business, Environmental Sciences, or Communications. A strong educational background in one of these fields is essential for success in this position.

In this capacity, you will be required to:

• Develop and communicate the company HSEMS and annual programs for implementation.
• Communicate with customers and develop factory profiles.
• Establish and communicate company HR and HSE standards, procedures, code of practices, and guidelines.
• Report to the director on HSE and HRMS administrative system aspects.
• Communicate with management and staff to ensure best practices in HR & HSE.
• Identify HSE and HRMS challenges; register and develop systems, documentation, policy systems, and relevant standards.
• Conduct internal audits of health and safety performance and employment standards.
• Facilitate external audits, CAP development, and submission.
• Provide guidance on health and safety plans and monitor their effectiveness.
• Establish health and safety training standards.
• Advise the Health and Safety committee and make recommendations for policy improvement.
• Develop a system for providing health and safety information to all workers.
• Support managers in developing detailed health and safety and HRMS plans.
• Maintain key performance indicators and conduct regular review meetings.
