About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Development / Sales Officer to join our team in various cities across Pakistan.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to leverage their skills and experience to drive business growth and increase sales revenue.

  • Responsible for selling company products and services through phone or door-to-door sales.
  • Collect and maintain potential client information to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans on a monthly basis to meet sales targets.
  • Meet with clients, set up appointments, and deliver presentations to showcase our products and services.
  • Prepare proposals for customers based on their needs and requirements.
  • Negotiate with clients and assist/participate in negotiations to secure sales deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify and acquire new clients to expand our customer base.
Requirements
  • Must have experience in sales and marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Excellent Urdu and English speaking skills are required.
  • A degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Prior pharmaceutical sales experience will be considered an asset.
