Appointment Setter Role

The Appointment Setter is a key position in driving new business opportunities and supporting our sales team by ensuring they have a pipeline of qualified leads to work with.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls and emails to potential clients, introduce services, and book appointments for the sales team.
  • Manage a high volume of outbound calls daily, with the goal of setting appointments for sales presentations.
  • Qualify leads to ensure they meet the ideal client profile before passing them to the Sales Closer.
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with prospects to confirm attendance.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of lead interactions, appointments scheduled, and client feedback in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Closer team to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on client needs.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for the number of appointments set and the quality of leads passed to the sales team.
  • Continuously follow up with undecided or unresponsive prospects to convert them into scheduled appointments.
  • Stay up-to-date with company services and industry trends to effectively communicate value to potential clients.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in appointment-setting, telemarketing, or similar outbound sales roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls and handling client rejections in a positive manner.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up tasks efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and ability to log activity and track leads effectively.
  • A team player who is eager to support the sales process and contribute to overall success.
