Customer Service Advocate

As a key member of our customer-facing team, we are seeking an individual who can deliver exceptional support to customers through various communication channels. This role involves providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues, addressing complaints, and delivering accurate product information.
This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be able to maintain accurate customer records, investigate and resolve customer complaints, and make recommendations to management.
- Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Address customer complaints and work to resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding product details, pricing, promotions, and any other relevant information.
- Maintain accurate customer records and feedback within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and new products and technologies.
- Intermediate or A-level education.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven and motivated by achieving targets and goals.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
