Job Title: Customer Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service to USA and Canada customers.

Job Description:
  • The Customer Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance of a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that they provide timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries and complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor a team of customer service representatives to achieve excellent customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Oversee the handling of customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
  • Address escalated customer issues, providing resolution options and alternative solutions as needed.
  • Analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer service delivery.

The successful candidate will have proven ability to lead, motivate and manage a team in a remote environment. They will also have exceptional communication skills and be proficient in CRM systems and e-commerce platforms.

Industry knowledge: Familiarity with garment retail, particularly knitted apparel (hoodies, t-shirts, sweatshirts, pajamas). Customer expectations: USA and Canada customer service standards, including cultural sensitivity and responsiveness.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in customer service management or supervisory role.

Key qualities: Problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.

Location: Bahawalpur City Tehsil, Pakistan. Work from home option available.
