Sales and Business Development Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Sales and Business Development Manager.

This role involves developing a sales growth strategy, working with the sales team, and identifying new market opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of online business development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

The goal of this role is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales, forging strong relationships with clients, and increasing revenue.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop Sales Growth Strategy: Identify new market opportunities and develop a plan to increase sales.
  2. Collaborate with Sales Team: Work with the sales team to identify and evaluate international market trends and client needs.
  3. Develop Strategic Sales Plan: Work with management to develop and implement a new strategic sales plan.
  4. Meet Sales Targets: Meet individual sales targets and lead the team to achieve overall sales goals.
  5. Train Sales Agents: Train new sales agents on closing business and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  6. Foster Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Requirements

At least 02 years of experience in online sales or business development.

Proven track record of online business development success.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

University Business Graduate or equivalent qualification.
