About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and manage multiple complex programs of work.

The ideal candidate will have experience in product or program management with end-to-end product and/or service delivery. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing teams and prioritizing tasks effectively, ensuring timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple large concurrent technology programs or portfolios.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the organization to inform and influence outcomes.
  • Define, plan, and execute technical projects, distilling data and articulating rationale for making difficult trade-offs and prioritizations.
  • Motivate teams to solve problems and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Drive large-scale technical delivery at all levels of the organization using influencing skills.
  • Familiarity with planning and task management tools (Gantt, Jira) and common project management practices is required.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Lead program delivery to support long-term business objectives.
  • Create clear scope definition across all areas of the program.
  • Design, develop, and manage integrated roadmaps and delivery plans in a dynamic environment.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive program delivery and produce reporting on the status and health of the program.
  • Capture, resolve, and escalate risk & impediments to ensure effective program delivery.
  • Support senior-level executives in creating presentation materials for various stakeholders.
  • Run agile ceremonies and maintain a healthy team backlog and process.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in product or program management with end-to-end product and/or service delivery.
  • Experience overseeing roadmap strategy, definition, improvement, and measurement.
