ERP Software Support Job

We are seeking an ERP Software Support Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. This involves delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and guiding customers on software usage.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct video or remote demonstrations for new leads.
  2. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
  3. Offer after-sales training to existing clients.
  4. Cultivate new sales opportunities by following up on leads and making cold calls.
  5. Keep track of leads and submitted quotes.
  6. Develop and maintain customer support materials, including FAQs and knowledge bases.
  7. Regularly review and improve customer support procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you need to have strong written and verbal communication skills. You should be proficient in using remote desktop support tools and CRM software. Familiarity with ERP software and its features is essential. Having basic SQL knowledge for problem-solving is beneficial. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Being able to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously and working well under pressure are key requirements.
