Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their ERP software needs, ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving repeat business.
  • Product Demonstrations and Training: Provide demos, presentations, and training on ERP software features and benefits, highlighting value propositions and differentiators.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and optimize sales performance.
  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to track and nurture leads through the sales funnel, streamlining processes and improving conversion rates.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in ERP software sales or a similar role, with a proven track record of success and achievement.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with SaaS models and online sales channels, including e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and build rapport with clients.
