  • Umrah Insights is seeking a seasoned Hajj & Umrah consultant with exceptional customer service skills to join our Lahore office team.

Job Summary:

This full-time position involves providing expert guidance on Hajj and Umrah travel arrangements, ensuring seamless experiences for our clients. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing sales and marketing strategies, airline ticketing, and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute effective sales and marketing plans to increase revenue growth.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content and campaigns that drive customer engagement.
  3. Maintain in-depth knowledge of airline rules, regulations, and fare structures.
  4. Provide exceptional customer support by resolving queries efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in the Umrah travel industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Detailed knowledge of airline ticketing rules and regulations.
  • Fluency in English language.
