About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to drive our sales strategy and team performance. As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales plans, leading a high-performing team, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales plans and forecasts, aligning with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales managers, empowering them to excel in their roles and deliver outstanding results.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and other companies, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Market Insights: Gather and analyze market research, identifying trends and opportunities to inform our sales strategy.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance, making data-driven decisions to drive business success.
  • Fiscal Responsibility: Manage budgets and expenses, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability.
  • Professional Development: Plan and direct sales team training, upskilling and reskilling staff to meet evolving business needs.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and agents locally and globally, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market, and competitors' activities, adapting our sales strategy accordingly.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a head or director in Real Estate Project Sales.
  • Experience in sales to overseas Pakistanis and setting up events and roadshows.
