Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to support the executive operations of a fast-growing real estate company. As a Virtual Property Manager, you'll work directly with a high-net-worth principal who leads a portfolio of over 100 apartment units and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as the communication hub between ownership and property management teams, ensuring execution of directives across multifamily and commercial assets.
  2. Manage maintenance tasks, utilities, and vendor coordination, maintaining order across all internal systems and digital documents.
  3. Monitor leasing activity and ensure timely follow-ups, managing tenant communication and coordinating with leasing teams.
  4. Schedule, follow up, and ensure completion of work orders and projects, negotiating service agreements and evaluating vendor performance.
  5. Track rent collections and assist with accounting reports and delinquencies, supporting audits, insurance renewals, LLC filings, and expense management.
  6. Manage the principal's calendar, communications, and meeting logistics, drafting correspondence and organizing notes.
  7. Assist in tracking real estate listings, broker packages, and investment deals, supporting underwriting analysis and initial deal evaluations.

A Typical Day

You'll start your day by reviewing the owner's calendar, urgent maintenance requests, and ongoing vendor projects. You'll shift between tasks such as reviewing leasing data, handling tenant inquiries, and coordinating with contractors.
