Valuation and Modelling Professional

As a seasoned professional in transactional advisory services, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality valuations and financial analysis to our clients. You will be responsible for leading and participating in complex valuation projects, applying advanced theories and approaches, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • You will lead and participate in valuation and financial analyses, gathering relevant information, analyzing market trends, and developing valuation models.
  • Participate in the formulation of valuation approaches, developing valuation models, and preparing formal and informal valuation reports for various matters.
  • Expand and strengthen existing client relationships by participating in internal and external business development activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in finance or a related field (CFA qualification is an asset).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in performing valuations in a consulting environment, with at least 3 years working independently on multiple engagements.
  • Experience cultivating and managing client relationships, synthesizing client information, and understanding key business drivers.
  • Demonstrated people management skills, strong computer and financial modelling skills, and excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
