Channel Growth Manager
About the RoleThis is a challenging and exciting opportunity to lead our growth efforts in the modern trade channel. You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy to drive sales growth across key accounts in South, including hypermarkets, supermarkets, and distributors.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop joint business plans, ensure in-store excellence, and manage relationships with modern trade partners.
This role requires a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically. If you have experience in customer development or sales, preferably in the FMCG industry, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong business relationships with modern trade customers.
- Business Planning & Execution:
- Work with the Modern Trade Manager to develop and execute a joint customer business plan.
- Implement and execute promotional and category-specific plans to drive sales in modern retail formats.
- Sales & Operations:
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to assess the success of modern trade strategies.
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets and volume delivery for assigned key accounts.
- Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer development or sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Skills:
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
