Program Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Talent Development Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating impactful initiatives that build a robust pipeline of skilled professionals and future leaders.

Main Responsibilities

Program Design and Execution

  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive graduate programs, internships, and early-career initiatives tailored to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Talent Acquisition and Engagement

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to organize campus drives, career fairs, and employer branding activities.
  • Engage with universities and external talent pools to attract top-tier fresh graduates.

Learning and Development

  • Create and oversee learning modules, workshops, and mentorship opportunities for program participants.
  • Monitor participants' progress to ensure impactful developmental experiences and holistic growth.

Stakeholder Management and Evaluation

  • Facilitate smooth onboarding, job rotations, and career development opportunities for program participants within business units.
  • Measure program outcomes using KPIs, feedback, and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in talent development, HR, or a similar field, with expertise in managing large-scale leadership development programs.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with leadership development frameworks and best practices.
