About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of key people priorities by partnering with functional teams to facilitate talent acquisition, drive employee engagement, and support the implementation of talent and succession strategies.
Responsibilities:- Align and implement people strategies that attract, develop, retain, and maximize employee contributions in line with both short- and long-term business objectives.
- Support the deployment of leadership principles to help build an open, empowering, fair, and inclusive work culture while ensuring smooth execution of organizational development initiatives.
- Identify effective solutions to business challenges, aligning with company principles, policies, and local context. Contribute to managing smooth organizational transitions and help shape a culture that supports strategic goals.
- Support business teams in executing core people processes such as performance management, salary reviews, job evaluations, and goal alignment.
- Evaluate and enhance the efficiency of recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Equip hiring managers with necessary tools and capabilities for effective engagement and manage multiple sourcing channels to enhance the talent pipeline.
- Oversee organizational development initiatives by coordinating Center of Excellence (CoE) efforts and ensuring the implementation of people practices against established metrics. Organize and deliver training and development programs in collaboration with CoE to achieve team and individual goals.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or Organizational Psychology from a recognized institution.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in talent management, organizational development, learning, or business partnership.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to quickly respond to changing market demands. Stay ahead of the curve by continuously learning and adapting workforce planning and retention strategies.
- Ability to actively engage with internal employees by highlighting company values, culture, career growth opportunities, and employee benefits during career conversations.
- Working experience in matrix structured organizations with multiple divisions and/or business groups/categories. Prior experience in the FMCG sector is desirable.
- Build rapport and trust with line managers, HR teams, and other internal/external stakeholders.
