Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paid advertising campaigns on Google Adwords, Bing, and social media platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Plan and execute all paid advertising campaigns on Google Adwords, Bing, and other social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter.
  • - Work with different PPC models including CPC and CPA.
  • - Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against set goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • - Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on the findings.
  • - Develop new and creative growth strategies.
  • - Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • - Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • - Utilize analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touch points.
  • - Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.

Requirements:

  • Education: BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Skills: Highly creative with experience identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. Experience optimizing landing pages and user funnels, A/B and multivariate experiments, website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas), and setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

This role involves working with various stakeholders to launch campaigns on time and within budget.
