Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our IT operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in system management, solution design, and team leadership.

  1. Maintain office systems, ensuring effective data management and smooth operations.
  2. Design and implement system solutions to meet business needs.
  3. Develop policies and strategies to ensure the efficient operation of our organization.
  4. Lead and manage operational teams to achieve business objectives.
  5. Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
  6. Establish quality assurance mechanisms to guarantee high-quality service delivery.
  7. Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for IT operations.
  8. Prepare client-facing documents, including briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
  9. Develop project and operational timelines to ensure timely deliverables.
  10. Manage administrative tasks for our location.
  11. Utilize IT systems/software to track project/task progress and performance metrics.
  12. Cultivate strong relationships with international clients through effective communication.
  13. Oversee costing and billing processes for our operations.
  14. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects/operations, including service delivery plans.
  15. Lead and direct project/operations team members to achieve business goals.
  16. Take meeting minutes and follow up with relevant department heads to ensure action items are addressed.
  17. Conduct research on assigned tasks and present findings to stakeholders.
  18. Perform additional tasks assigned by the leadership as required.
  19. Document innovative ideas and design implementation plans covering logistical, financial, technical, and human resource aspects.
