We are seeking a Human Resources Executive who excels in both verbal and written English communication. In this role, the individual will play a pivotal part in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent to drive our company's success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
- Analyze resumes as per job description and requirements.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels.
- Conduct reference checks and background checks.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate compensation packages.
- Improve recruitment processes and employer branding efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
