Administrative Manager

About the Role

The role of Administrative Manager is a vital position within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating and supervising refurbishment work, providing practical and administrative support to senior management, and procuring major and minor items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiating with vendors to acquire necessary equipment and supplies
  • Coordinating refurbishment work to ensure timely completion
  • Providing administrative support to senior management, including preparing reports and presentations

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They should also be familiar with vendors of various equipment and the challenges of dealing with banks and government offices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should have a strong background in administration, excellent typing skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Able to travel extensively within Karachi, possessing their own vehicle is a necessity. Experience of school administration is preferred but not required.
