Key Responsibilities:

  • You will possess a functional understanding of HTML and CSS, enabling effective execution of tests, data collection, and analysis to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Develop optimization strategies that significantly increase the company's website search engine results rankings.
  • Execute link-building strategy and determine measurable goals demonstrating improvement in marketing efforts.
  • Make technical recommendations to developers, ensuring SEO best practices are properly followed throughout website content.

Day-to-Day Duties:

  • Conduct page optimization for search engine marketing, monitoring daily performance metrics with SEO tools like Google Analytics.
  • Closely collaborate with the web development team to ensure seamless implementation of SEO best practices.
  • Perform ongoing keyword research, discovery, and optimization for new SEO keywords to use throughout the company website and marketing materials.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Google and Bing services, including Analytics and Webmaster Tools.
  • Experience with Google's Keyword Tool and ability to deploy an effective local and long-tail search strategy.
  • The ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, site speed optimization, and related skills.
  • A deep understanding of mobile strategy and how it relates to SEO.
  • A solid grasp of how blogging, press releases, social media, and related strategies go hand-in-hand with SEO.
  • Familiarity with the best tools in the trade.
