Project Coordination Specialist

We are seeking an organized and motivated individual to fill the role of Project Coordination Specialist.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys planning, implementing and improving project disciplines, systems, procedures and controls.

The successful candidate will have excellent planning and organizing ability, knowledge of quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) and experience in managing web application and mobile application projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement and improve project disciplines, systems, procedures and controls.
  • Prioritize deliverables and ensure the project is successfully delivered within scope, quality specifications and time.
  • Manage a small team and oversee tasks assigned to them.
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation.

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project coordination, including developing and implementing new processes and procedures. You will work closely with the project management team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience in managing web application and mobile application projects. Knowledge of QA/QC principles and practices is also highly desirable.
