We are currently seeking young, dynamic, and enthusiastic individuals to serve as Support Executives at Supreme Protection Ltd.
As a Support Executive, your primary responsibility will be delivering exceptional support to our customers.
You will provide superior customer service and support to customers via phone and email, responding promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries and issues.
You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with our services, elevating complex issues to the appropriate department or team member for further assistance.
You will document and track customer interactions and issues in accordance with company policies.
You will gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to products and services.
You will participate in ongoing training and development to stay informed about new products and services.
You will collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure a seamless customer experience.
You will meet and exceed customer satisfaction metrics and goals.
Key Requirements- Strong customer service and technical support skills are required.
- Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
- The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively is crucial.
- Experience with SAP and other software like CRM is a plus.
- Candidates should have the capacity to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
