Responsibilities

  • Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, addressing questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, ensuring up-to-date information is readily available.
  • Client Follow-up: Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies that drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Key Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
  • Multitasking: Able to manage multiple tasks and clients effectively, maintaining attention to detail and delivering results.
