To develop the market and increase Market Share, enhance Numeric & Weighted Availability along with Share within the outlet by achieving secondary sales target while ensuring the maximum availability of products.
Main Responsibilities:- Ensure secondary SKU-wise volume achievement against targets to enhance Market Share.
- Rationalize discounts in the market and use promotions intelligently to achieve net sales revenue.
- Create new outlets and retain them as per target and area potential to increase Numeric & Weighted distribution.
- Expand SKU penetration according to benchmark availability numbers.
- Cleanse, validate, and update data in sales information systems pertaining to the area regularly.
- Analyze SFE KPIs and modify the area route or adjust frequencies to improve Green KPIs for Presellers.
- Accomplish daily planned calls, spend ample time in-market, and coach presellers on the 10-step call process.
- Discuss execution scores by outlets with presellers daily and highlight gaps to ensure in-outlet execution as per PicOS & RED criteria and marketing initiatives in the area.
- Monitor competitor activity in the assigned area and suggest counter-strategies.
- Ensure proper injection and optimal utilization of company assets in the market.
Masters Degree (Preference will be given to Master Degree) with relevant sales experience.
