About the Job
  • Implementation and support of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for make-to-order manufacturing needs
  • Collaboration with functional teams (production, supply chain, finance) to gather business requirements
  • Testing and validation of ERP functionalities for accuracy and reliability
  • End-user support, query resolution, and training sessions to enhance user proficiency
  • Closely working with manufacturing and supply chain departments for accurate data processing and smooth MTO operations
  • Documenting system procedures, processes, and user guides
  • Analyzing ERP system performance and identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains
  • Staying updated on new ERP functionalities and industry best practices relevant to manufacturing
Key Responsibilities

This position requires a high level of collaboration and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and supporting ERP systems and be familiar with industry best practices. In addition to technical skills, the candidate should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
